That’s $225 x 12 = $2,700 per client per year.
So, do the math – bang out 37 websites and you could be sitting on $100K per year in hosting fees. And that’s for managed hosting only – no web edits or other services.
Most of our clients are entrepreneurs, small, and medium sized businesses, so you don’t have to have enterprise customers to make this work. At the end of the day, better than 9 out of 10 customers elect to go with our program.
I’ve heard of developers offering hosting services for $20 or $30 per month. Sometimes more, sometimes less. But the bottom line is that it’s going to be more trouble than it’s worth and you’ll never get ahead in terms of building up a base of low maintenance monthly recurring revenue.
